2) Roasted: Rinse canned/chick peas with water then spread them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (do not use oil). Preheat oven at 375 degrees F; roast the chick pea while tossing occasionally every 5-10 minutes till lightly browned usually takes 20-25mins

3) Mashed: Mash boiled chick pea using fork/potato masher until it turns into paste-like consistency – this could serve as an excellent treat during training sessions!
