These are great to feed to cockatiels that have babies to feed and provide a great source of protein.
1 1/2 cups rice flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped chicken
1/2 cooked white rice
1/2 cup finely chopped frozen soup vegetables
enough water to make mix like a cornmeal mix
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in mini-muffin pans. Makes 24 muffins.
The muffins can be kept in the freezer and reheated when ready to feed.
